How to Register a Vehicle Here
New vehicles must be registered to comply with statutory rules. Process is typically 7-15 days.

RTO Registration Fees & Road Tax
Uttar Pradesh charges road tax at the time of registration based on the vehicle’s ex-showroom price and category. Additional fees apply for registration, HSRP and smart card. Road tax is also payable when bringing a vehicle into Noida from another state. Rates are revised periodically.

Important: Old Vehicle Rules in Noida (NCR)
Noida falls within the Delhi-NCR region. As per NGT and Supreme Court directions, diesel vehicles older than 10 years and petrol vehicles older than 15 years are not allowed to ply in NCR. Such vehicles must be de-registered, moved out of NCR with an NOC, or scrapped. If you are buying a used car in Noida, always run an RC check first to verify the vehicle’s age and registration date against the 10/15-year rule.
