Old Vehicle Rules in Panchkula: Is the NCR Ban Applicable?
No — Panchkula is not part of the Delhi National Capital Region, so the NGT / CAQM rule barring diesel vehicles over 10 years and petrol vehicles over 15 years does not apply here. Older vehicles can continue to ply in Panchkula as long as their registration, fitness certificate, insurance and PUC are valid.
