Correction Policy

Last updated: February 2026

Our Commitment to Accuracy

Accuracy is the foundation of trustworthy journalism. At Nxcar Content Hub, we strive to ensure every article, data point, and claim we publish is factually correct. However, we recognise that errors can occur, and we are committed to correcting them promptly and transparently.

Types of Corrections

We categorise corrections into three levels:

  • Minor corrections – Typographical errors, formatting issues, or minor factual updates that do not change the substance of the article. These are corrected silently with an updated modification date.
  • Significant corrections – Factual errors in vehicle specifications, pricing, safety ratings, or key claims. These are corrected with a clear correction note appended to the article.
  • Major corrections – Errors that fundamentally affect the article's conclusions or could mislead readers. These receive a prominent correction notice at the top of the article and may warrant a follow-up piece.

How to Report an Error

If you believe you've found an error in any of our published content, please let us know:

  • Email us at corrections@nxcar.in
  • Include the article title and URL
  • Describe the error and, if possible, provide a source for the correct information

Our Process

  1. Acknowledgement – We acknowledge receipt of correction requests within 24 hours
  2. Verification – Our editorial team verifies the reported error against primary sources
  3. Correction – If confirmed, we correct the article and add an appropriate correction notice
  4. Notification – We notify the person who reported the error about the correction

Transparency

All significant and major corrections include the date of the correction and a brief explanation of what was changed. We never delete published content to hide errors; instead, we correct and clearly mark the changes.

Article Modification Dates

Every article on Nxcar Content Hub displays both its original publication date and the most recent modification date, ensuring readers always know when content was last reviewed or updated.
